Erica Osborn

Being born and raised in Northern New Jersey, it has always been home for Erica. There is a lot to love about New Jersey, however, the thing she loves most is the variety it has to offer. A few hours’ drive and you can be at the beach or in the mountains camping or enjoying all that New York City has to offer.

Erica has 13 years of experience working in a corporate environment as a technical trainer. This experience has strengthened her problem solving skills, has taught her to think on her feet, and allowed her to perfect her people skills.

One of the most valuable things she’s learned during her real estate career is that she is not the source but the resource and she’s truly come to live by those words. She is a natural problem solver and if she herself cannot fix it she will certainly find someone who can.

Having a close friend in the real estate industry for over 10 years, Erica feels as though she’s been doing this forever. Being someone who finds importance in doing each and every step the right way, Erica served well as a Broker’s assistant for the first 2 years of her real estate career, ensuring everything was done to completion. This role lead her to assisting in managing a team of agents, making sure they always had what they needed.

Working with first time buyers is Erica’s passion. She enjoys walking the buyer through each step effectively and making them comfortable with the process.

Erica is a 2015 National award winner with Berkshire Hathaway affiliate as well as a corporate relocation certified agent. She also specializes in customized marketing strategies for optimizing the seller’s profits, commercial rentals, residential development projects, and staging.

She currently resides in Ho Ho Kus, NJ and loves it! The close convenient proximity to everything is still not lost on her. Living in Northern Bergen county also allows her to target a book of business affluent to the area due to its proximity to New York City.
