Growing up in her Cranford, NJ family home her entire life, Michelle Richards first discovered her obsession with real estate when she excitedly moved in (and out of) several different college apartments. After purchasing her first home at twenty-five years of age, she was hooked and went on to buy, sell and renovate several properties throughout NJ over the next decade; all while growing a successful career in Public Relations and Communications. Soon she found her property passion outweighed her full-time career. Now Michelle taps into her thirteen years of experience in budgeting, contract negotiations, and communications to aid her clients in the renting, buying, and selling process. Servicing not only her hometown of Hoboken but also the Northern and Central NJ regions where she once resided. Michelle prides herself on exceptional client service and care. She is focused on providing each of her clients with personal, hands-on attention, and is honest and open throughout the entire process.
