Since entering real estate in 1973 Denise has been involved in every aspect of the business from sales administration, marketing and technology, to relocation.  Most of her career has been spent working with smaller real estate companies who dominated their market.  While always competing against the corporate giants she was able to use her years of experience to empower the agents to take their business to new heights.  In her most recent position as a sales trainer for a national corporate real estate company she was responsible for instructing over 6,000 agents on how to market their listings more effectively .  Denise’s experience at the national level has renewed her enthusiasm to again work with agents and their clients on the local level while having a global presence through her new affiliation with the Sotheby’s network at Prominent Properties.   Denise has built her career by committing to a value system that she shares with both sales associates and clients alike while always striving for excellence, competence, and fairness in every aspect of her business and personal life.  A resident of Montclair for over 40 years Denise has been involved in many community organizations and activies.   When not sharing her passion for real estate with her associates she enjoys a frustrating round of golf or a pretty good game of tennis.
