Allyson Sullivan

Allyson Sullivan is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson specializing in residential and commercial real estate, working with buyers, sellers, and renters. Allyson has a deep knowledge of Northern New Jersey and is also licensed in New York. She also owns a home in Long Beach Island, NJ which has given her the knowledge and expertise to help with purchasing a second home or investment property. 

She transitioned to real estate following a career in food styling and restaurant work. She graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. Allyson discovered her passion for real estate through her personal experience in a real estate transaction where she appreciated the help and knowledge from the agent she worked with. She fell in love with the process and wanted to help people find their forever homes. With a drive for both real estate and people, she strives to give her clients the best service in the industry.

Allyson currently resides in Blauvelt, New York, where she and her husband raised their two boys. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, exercising, and traveling.
