Ann Arndt

Ann Arndt’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts where the principles of Swiss Design were taught, unknowingly prepared her for a career in real estate. Structuring and presenting information in the most organized and harmonious way, the basis for this type of design, informs all that she does.

From guiding clients through the detailed process of buying and selling a home, to negotiating issues, this learned discipline has served Ann well. This foundation, in combination with clear, regular communication, keen knowledge of the Montclair area market, and solid industry experience allows Ann to assist her clients with ease and confidence.

Ann has been an Essex County resident for over 35 years, having lived in Montclair and currently in North Caldwell where she and her husband raised their family. She devotes her spare time volunteering with Family Promise and The Salvation Army, organizations that assist with homeless and at-risk families to achieve self-sufficiency. Ann is also an active member of her church in Montclair, having served on the Mission Committee, Chair of the Worship Committee, and as an elder on the governing board. She enjoys choral singing, and supporting her musically talented family in all their endeavors.
