Ann Malesardi is a high-energy exceedingly professional individual who loves the real estate business.

Ann is a lifelong resident of Bergen county raised in Demarest and Alpine. Ann currently resides in Tenafly where she raised her four children. Ann’s father was a prominent builder and developer and it is from these roots that her passion for building and real estate emerged. She has built four custom homes for her family over the past 15 years. Two homes in Alpine, one in Tenafly one in Monmouth Beach. Ann’s knowledge and expertise from the ‘knock down’ to’ build up’ process can be helpful to her clients in the search for their dream home. She is currently a member of The National Association of Realtors®, The New Jersey Association of Realtors®, The Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors® and serves on the board of directors for The New Jersey Multiple Listing Service.
