The Gosselin Group’s unique focus is on serving the highly desirable New York City commuter towns in New Jersey – the “Train Line” towns. Caroline understands the unique needs of young families and urban dwellers that move to these quaint suburban towns from New York City and surrounding areas because she was one of them. As a long-time resident of South Orange and now Maplewood, she has an intimate knowledge of what really matters to home sellers and buyers – quality schools, daycare, commuting options, shopping, parks, neighborhoods, politics, taxes, cultural attractions, designers, and quality tradespeople.

Caroline is a cutting-edge marketer who utilizes the latest digital, social, mobile, and email channels to consistently achieve maximum exposure for the properties her group represents. She maintains a growing national and international email database of clients and brokers and creatively markets on her vast social media network, YouTube Channel, and her own popular real estate blog. Through her affiliation with Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, she also leverages exclusive media partnerships with Zillow, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and many other influential publications.

Caroline and her team of top producers and have consistently placed in the top 1% of all Realtors® in New Jersey year after year and this year they ranked in the top 1% of the nation by Real Trends. She believes in being an active participant of the community and giving back and makes this a central theme of her team. She is an active volunteer and a passionate supporter of women entrepreneurs. Caroline co-founded and currently leads a local chapter of the national women’s business group called Believe. Inspire. Grow. (BIG). She received the “Mover and Shaker” award from her local Chamber of Commerce and was an officer in the Maplewood Rotary Club for 4 years. In 2019, Caroline was selected as one of the top 25 New Jersey Leading Women Entrepreneurs, as featured in NJ Monthly Magazine, and in 2020 was named a “Force for Change” by NJBiz.com. Caroline has won countless industry awards, including the NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® every year since 2011. She has been quoted in the Star-Ledger, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and is a contributing blogger to several platforms. She attends national real estate and technology conferences on a regular basis in order to deliver the best service to her clients and keep her team on the cutting edge.

Caroline received her BA from the University of Texas at Austin, and her MA from the American Graduate School of International Relations and Diplomacy in Paris, France. Before diving into real estate, she was a Program Manager for a NYC-based nonprofit affiliated with the United Nations. When she is not working, Caroline is involved with local organizations, her son’s PTA, or spending time with family and friends, cooking and traveling. Caroline has lived and traveled internationally, speaks fluent French, and is highly proficient in Spanish.
