Colleen Pensa

Colleen Pensa has spent more than 36 years working as a real estate agent and broker but has spent a lifetime learning about the industry. She spent much of her childhood working at her family’s real estate company, where she assisted with office duties after school. This experience gave Colleen insight into the needs of families and individuals looking to buy a home or sell the one they currently live in. “I believe in the hands-on approach to marketing and selling homes,” says Colleen, “I want to go the extra mile to handle every detail so the process is seamless for my clients.”

During her career, Colleen has received Salesperson of the Month many times over and was a consistent multi-million dollar producer. She previously spent 10 years on the Board of Directors at Realsource Association of Realtors and was part of the committee that worked on the governance for the new association in preparation for the merger and formation of Greater Bergen Realtors.
She is currently on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, the MLS User committee, and the NJMLS Tech committee. Colleen also volunteers at Greater Bergen Realtors as the Chair of the Grievance Committee for 2023 and has been appointed by NJ Realtors to sit on the State Professional Standards Committee along with Risk Management.
Colleen lives in Franklin Lakes with her husband Walter, where they raised 2 daughters, Val and Steph. She enjoys cooking, musical theater, and spending time with her family.
