This consummate professional is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where he is listed on the university’s Hall of Fame due to his post college successes. Long before becoming a resident in the affluent neighborhood of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, James hailed from a family of property managers and realtors. He was raised by a foster grandmother who taught him the value of service to others and because of that experience works with local charities and donates to multiple causes including the American Cancer Society, St. Jude and Ronald McDonald House of Central & Northern New Jersey.
