Kara Fowler

Kara Fowler is a licensed Sales Associate with Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in the Tenafly regional office.

As a 25-year resident of Demarest, NJ, Kara has first-hand knowledge of the Bergen County area. Deeply rooted in the community, Kara raised her three children in Demarest and developed an extensive network of contacts in the surrounding area. As a freelance copywriter and Board member of the Demarest PTO and Demarest Swim Club, Kara has enjoyed working with several local businesses and individuals in the beautiful Northern Valley. In addition to her copywriting work and volunteer positions, Kara also worked as an Administrative Assistant and Registrar in the Closter and Edgewater school districts.

Kara is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers achieve their unique real estate goals through focused, personal attention. She has cultivated crucial business relationships in the community and possesses strong local market knowledge, enabling her to help her clients make one of the most important decisions of a lifetime.

Kara graduated Cum Laude with a Journalism degree from Long Island University/C.W. Post. She enjoys boating on Greenwood Lake and relaxing on the beaches of the Jersey Shore with her husband and children.
