Katharine’s career spans 20 years as a successful real estate professional. Katharine is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. Katharine has earned the Certificate of Strategic Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Effective Negotiating, Certified New Home Specialist, and the CCMI Commercial designations. Katharine also completed the New Jersey Real Estate Brokers Course. Katharine has won numerous awards, The President’s Club and The President’s Circle. Also, the prestigious and exclusive International President’s Elite award in which she was number 17 out of the Top 50 Agents, of over 3000 plus agents in New Jersey and Rockland County NY.

Grievance National Board of Realtors RealSource, Community Service RealSource, Franklin Lakes Chamber of Commerce, and worked with Habitat for Humanity. Katharine is a native of Franklin Lakes, she studied Fine Arts and Psychology at Ramapo College. Her Grandparents, John and Katarina Stein lifelong residents of Franklin Lakes established, The Ramapo Chocolate Co. in Franklin Lakes. Katharine’s Mother, Maria Stein Braun, is the author of “Franklin Lakes it’s History and Heritage”. Katharine followed in her father’s footsteps, he established, The Thomas G. Braun Real Estate & Insurance Company one of the first real estate companies in Franklin Lakes.
