Kelley Tapia is a relationship builder with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. As an architect with a proven track record as an enthusiastic leader dedicated to impacting the built environment to positively influence human health, well-being, and planetary sustainability.

Kelley’s core professional principles are borne from her extensive experience working on both sides of the building and environmental design process. As a seasoned architect, she has successfully managed projects as lead architect, technical design director, and construction manager, all while maintaining her primary focus of helping families find and create the most fulfilling place to call home. Kelley appreciates that a home is the heart of a family and it is vitally important that all of her client’s home space truly represents healthy sustainable living.

Kelley is the Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for EcoRise, a sustainable design-oriented education program for the next generation. She is a LEED and WELL accredited professional and Fitwel Ambassador. Her focus is on driving future design solutions with sustainability and well-being in mind while endeavoring clients to find their ideal living space.

For more than 10 years, Kelley has been actively involved in the Jersey City community, where she currently resides. In her free time, Kelley is often found walking through new neighborhoods, exploring new parks and architecture.
