As a child, Marcus would tour investment properties and new construction developments with his family. As an adult, he loves getting a feel for every home and community he visits – he feels that each person and property has a story to tell.

He listens to his clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and he strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. His clients can count on him any time of day when they have a question or a concern.

In his free time, Marcus enjoys running, wine tasting, traveling, watching HGTV, and rooting for his alma mater, UNC Chapel Hill (Go Heels!).
