Marian Davies

Marian came to real estate, after a successful International Corporate Finance career, in Consumer Products and Luxury, over multiple continents.  Marian herself has moved 6 times in the last 20 years, not just in the NJ area, but also internationally.  She knows first-hand how emotional and stressful the process of buying and selling a home can be, especially if you don’t have the right agent supporting you along the way.  She has chosen her second career to be in real estate, and dedicate herself to helping others successfully and happily navigate their real estate journey.

Don’t be fooled by her accent, she immigrated here as a young girl from the United Kingdom, and became a US citizen early in life.  She has her BS in Business from the State University of New York, and MBA from University of Georgia.  While she has done some corporate tours in Brazil and China, she has lived in NJ for cumulative 20+ years. She currently resides in Summit NJ, but has also lived in Mendham, Madison, Ringwood and Watchung NJ. She has a significant knowledge of the NJ area, which supports her ability to find the right community for you.

When she is not showing you your dream home, she is nurturing her furry side, volunteering for a nonprofit, Home for Good, in Berkely Heights NJ. She regularly fosters rescued puppies that are up for adoption, and gives them a loving home, while finding them their forever homes.
