Her knowledge also extends to New York City, with successfully closed sales and rentals spanning the Upper East/Upper West Sides, Midtown, and Chelsea neighborhoods in particular. Her dedication to integrity and detail has made it possible for her to negotiate deals in all types of properties, having closed in such luxury Manhattan buildings as The Dag Hammarskjold Tower, Echelon Chelsea and 100 United Nations Plaza. She is committed to a consistent but unique approach that is unmatched by any other agent in the Tri-State area.
Over the years, Marsha has developed strategies and techniques that utilize social media and other innovative tools to bring the most original and consistently cutting-edge service to her clients. Her extensive knowledge of a long list of graphic design and desktop publishing software, along with her powerful presence on numerous online media platforms, provides her clients with unusually effective resources.
With a brilliantly creative attitude toward marketing, pricing and negotiations, Marsha is constantly able to overcome unusual obstacles to bring her clients to the closing table.
