Paula Maliandi

Paula’s decision to move to a real estate practice after many years of working in Marketing and Communications seemed to be an easy choice. Paula is delighted to share Montclair, West Orange, South Orange, Verona, Bloomfield, and all the other surrounding towns with her clients. The lush parks, great schools, abundant and varied shopping, terrific restaurants, and diverse communities offer her clients options to feel right at home.

Having spent the first twelve years of her life growing up in Park Slope, Brooklyn, near bucolic Prospect Park, Paula learned early how important green spaces and community were to her.

When Paula planned to move to the suburbs in 1996, she was working in Manhattan, so she looked for the fastest commute to New York City. With friends already living in Montclair it was an easy choice. After more than twenty years, and a recent move to West Orange, New Jersey as her home, she still loves sharing it with her clients!
