Vahak “Paul” Janbazian came to real estate from the design and marketing worlds. He has maintained his own personal design business/studio for the past 10 plus years working with clients ranging from non-profit to entertainment to hospitality. This experience equips him with a fresh and unique approach to real estate, incorporating modern marketing strategies and digital channels to enhance and assist in the real estate experience for both buyers and sellers alike.

Not long after receiving a Master’s degree in Media Management from NYU, Paul went on to obtain his real estate license. In his last role, he provided real estate services in the Hoboken and Weehawken areas. Having grown up in Paramus, NJ, he is a current resident of Bergen County and resides in the Edgewater area.  His familiarity with the area allows him to provide his clients with intimate knowledge of Bergen Counties’ many communities and neighborhoods. Real estate has always been a passion of his and he strives to provide quality, personalized service to each and every person he works with.
