Manager, Broker Associate at Westfield

CONTACT William Hanley

It is my extreme privilege to manage Westfield Regional office of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.
I have been very involved with the Realtor organization on all levels for over 30 years.

On a local level, I was named President of the Middlesex County Association of Realtors In 2000, 2001 and 2011.

On the State Level, I was elected President of the New Jersey Association of Realtors in 2007. I also serve NJAR in various capacities, including first Vice-President, President of the NJAR Educational Foundation, President of Government Research Foundation, Trustee of the NJAR Housing Opportunity Foundation, Chair of Strategic Planning as well as member of the Risk Management Committee.

I have been a National Association of Realtors Director since 2004. In 2013 I had the honor of being the NAR Region 2 Vice President overseeing New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. During that time I have served on the risk management committee since 2006 and housing needs committees. I have also been honored of achieving President Circle Hall of Fame for my contributions to RPAC.

In 2016 I was asked to be the Federal Political Coordinator for Representative Bonnie Watson-Coleman who is U.S. Representative for New Jersey’s 12th Congressional District.

Currently I am a licensed instructor of the National Association of Realtors Quadrennial Ethics Training Course and Ethics Course for continuing education for the State of New Jersey.

In 2016 I was appointed by the Governor to serve as a commissioner for the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.

There have been many mentors who have assisted me in my journey as a Realtor. I see this as the time to be a mentor and coach for the sales associates who work with me as well as the local voice of real estate for our clients and customers. And what better place to do this than Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty where we are “Marketing New Jersey Real Estate at the Highest Level.”
